PeaceOfThreads goal is THE BEST customer service for our customers. If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me first via eBay for a resolution prior to leaving feedback. Please note that I do allow returns for 30 days (on all items EXCLUDING clothing and shoes that are only being returned for a fitting issue), but the buyer is responsible for shipping unless there is a missed issue with the item that was not noted in the listing. I do my very best to note and show pictures of all flaws in the notes and pictures so please see all of that prior to purchase. If I make a mistake, I will always work with you to amend that always, so please reach out to me directly if there are any issues at all as your first step.
NOTE: This does not include returns allowed if the wrong part/item was ordered as it is shown what is being sold and its part number/brand/use/etc. If the item is returned due to a buyer mistake, a return may still be accepted if within the period with the return shipping being paid for by the buyer, but the item will be subject to a restock fee. Please note that a refund of the original SHIPPING cost will not be refunded to the buyer in this situation. All issues must be brought to attention within 30 days.
Items are all inspected, including pictures, before shipments go out and you MUST return the originally shipped item in the same condition it was sent to you or there will be no refund permitted.
Clothes/Shoes Purchase Return:
Please note that any clothes/shoes that do not fit are
not eligible for a return
. The only returns on these items are if there was an issue that went unnoticed with the item. I will show dimensions of items whenever applicable and possible. On specific brands I encourage that you already know what size you are in the brand and are confident that it will work for you prior to your purchase.
*Remember: With previously worn items shrinking sometimes happens and not all items under a brand are universal in how they fit. Please keep this in mind during your purchase and again I will always try to show the item size as best I can.
